*All reservations must be confirmed with a $300 deposit per person at the time of booking. If reservation is changed at a later date, the nightly rate at the time of reservation change will apply. All bookings must take place by February 10, 2012 to receive these discounted rates. Discounts cannot be combined.

- Length of stay and check in day can vary
according to your needs.
- Rates are subject to 15% service charge on the hiking spa portion only which covers guest amenities and services. Room and meals portion is subject to
10% Vermont tax.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt
of a $300 deposit per person. Deposits
refundable if cancellation is received at least
14 days prior to arrival (minus a $75 fee).
- For shortened
stays 48 hours notice is required for early departure to avoid a
charge of one additional night.
