Our 2010 dates are May 20 - October 3, 2010.
Book your 2010 vacation by August 31, 2010 and receive $25 off a 2-4 night Mini-Vacation; $50 off a 5-10 night Jump Start Getaway; or $150 off an 11 night Weight Loss Retreat.
All reservations must be confirmed with a $300 deposit per person at time of booking. If reservation is changed at a later date, the nightly rate at the time of reservation change will apply. All bookings must take place by August 31, 2010 to receive these discounted rates. The discount is subtracted from the total price of the package at check out.

- A 5 to 10 day
Jump Start Getaway allows you to lose weight,
de-stress, and get stronger while learning new techniques to continue with a healthy life style.
- A Weight Loss Retreat of 11 days or longer empowers you to make
realistic solid changes in your eating habits and lifestyle. Our extended
program provides a safe comfortable environment where you can realize your permanent weight loss goals.

- Length of stay and check in day can vary
according to your needs.
- Rates are subject to 15% service charge on the hiking spa portion only which covers guest amenities and services. Room and meals portion is subject to
10% Vermont tax.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt
of a $300 deposit per person. Deposits
refundable if cancellation is received at least
14 days prior to arrival (minus a $75 fee).
- For shortened
stays 48 hours notice is required for early departure to avoid a
charge of one additional night.
