*All reservations must be confirmed with a $300 deposit at time of booking. If a reservation is changed at a later date, the nightly rate at the time of reservation change will apply. The 11 night Weight Loss Retreat runs all season with check-in any day of the week. However, the $225 special is only available on the specific dates listed above. All bookings must take place by June 3, 2013 to receive these discounted rates. Discounts cannot be combined. Fouth of July is a 4 night minimum.
Affordable Rates present a choice of stays:
- A 2 to 4 night Mini Vacation is an outdoor fun, stress-reducing getaway. Enjoy the Vermont mountain scenery and fresh air as well as spa amenities.
- A 5 to 10 night Jump Start Getaway allows you to lose weight, de-stress, and get stronger while learning new techniques to continue with a healthy lifestyle.
- A Weight Loss Retreat of 11 nights or longer empowers you to make realistic solid changes in your eating habits and lifestyle. Our extended program provides a safe comfortable environment where you can realize your permanent weight loss goals.
Price Includes
- Spacious air conditioned room and private bath with country inn ambiance.
- Three gourmet meals and nutritious snacks.
- Nationally renowned hiking program (all levels).
- All exercise classes.

FAQ/FYI
- Length of stay and check in day can vary according to your needs.
- Rates are subject to 15% service charge on the hiking spa portion only which covers guest amenities and services. Room and meals portion is subject to 10% Vermont tax.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a $300 deposit per person. Deposits refundable if cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to arrival (minus a $75 fee).
- For shortened stays 48 hours notice is required for early departure to avoid a charge of one additional night.
