The flexibility of our schedule allows daily modification.
We offer a variety of activities for men and women at all fitness levels, as well as the amenities of a year-round resort.
7:00 a.m. MORNING STRETCH Basic stretch all levels.
7:30 a.m. STANDING STRETCH Fluid exercise and breathing techniques to strengthen and energize. All levels.
7:30 – 8:00 a.m. BREAKFAST.
8:45 a.m. HIKING – Hikes are from 3 – 6 miles on various types of terrain ranging from beautiful nature walks to challenging steep trails. Three levels.
9:30 a.m. – We also offer an active activity every morning for those who want to take a day off from hiking.
12:30 p.m. LUNCH.
2:00 p.m. Either a Water Workout or Fitness Class (alternating days) – All levels or Optional Kayaking Excursion twice a week.
3:05 p.m. BASIC STRENGTH – all levels- Total body strengthening and toning.
4:05 p.m. OUTDOOR ACTIVITY – Fit Ball or Boot Camp Workout or Outdoor Games OR a lecture on Healthy Eating.
5:05 p.m. INTRO TO YOGA – all levels.
6:30 p.m. DINNER.
8:00 p.m. EVENING LECTURES & ACTIVITIES.
AFTERNOON & EVENING MASSAGE – Scheduled daily at 8:30 a.m. (in the sign-up area on the first floor).
