The flexibility of our schedule allows daily modification. We offer a variety of activities for men and women at all fitness levels, as well as the amenities of a year-round resort.
7:00 a.m. MORNING STRETCH
Basic stretch all levels
7:30 a.m. CHI KUNG (M, W, F) “energy training” Fluid exercise and breathing techniques to strengthen and energize. All levels
8:00 a.m. BREAKFAST
8:45 a.m. HIKING - Hikes are from 3 - 6 miles on various types of terrain ranging from beautiful nature walks to challenging steep trails. Three levels
9:30 a.m. - We also offer an active and educational activity every morning for those who want to take a day off from hiking.
12:30 p.m. LUNCH
2:00 p.m. WATER WORKOUT- All levels
2:05 p.m. PILATES MAT CLASS (T)
2:05 p.m. FLOW YOGA Moderately paced flow of postures for the healthy beginner to intermediate.
3:05 p.m. AFTERNOON ACTIVITY- Excursions, cooking classes, & more. See daily schedule in New Life lounge.
3:05 p.m. BASIC STRENGTH - all levels- Total body strengthening and toning
4:05 p.m. ABS AND CORE TRAINING – ½ hour Swiss ball, or Fit Ball or Boot Camp Workout
5:05 p.m. INTRO TO YOGA – all levels
6:00 p.m. Meditation
6:30 p.m. DINNER
7:45 p.m. EVENING LECTURES
AFTERNOON & EVENING MASSAGE AND FACIALS - Scheduled daily at
8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. (third floor lounge)
