The flexibility of our schedule allows daily modification. We offer a variety of activities for men and women at all fitness levels, as well as the amenities of a year-round resort.
7:00 a.m. MORNING STRETCH
Basic stretch all levels
7:30 a.m. STANDING STRETCH Fluid exercise and breathing techniques to strengthen and energize. All levels
7:30 - 8:00 a.m. BREAKFAST
8:45 a.m. HIKING - Hikes are from 3 - 6 miles on various types of terrain ranging from beautiful nature walks to challenging steep trails. Three levels
9:30 a.m. - We also offer an active activity every morning for those who want to take a day off from hiking.
12:30 p.m. LUNCH
2:00 p.m. Choice of either a Water Workout or Fitness Class- All levels
3:05 p.m. BASIC STRENGTH - all levels- Total body strengthening and toning 4:05 p.m. OUTDOOR ACTIVITY –
Fit Ball or Boot Camp Workout or Outdoor Games
